The courses and the books are how the work reaches the most people. This is how it reaches a few. I take on a small number of private clients and speaking engagements at a time, because the work asks for presence and presence cannot be scaled. If you are drawn to one of the two below, write to me. Tell me what is moving in you and why now.

One-on-One

Soulmatic Renewal Sessions

Private somatic work. Slow, embodied, integrated.

Soulmatic Renewal is the somatic practice I trained in and now teach. It is the slow weaving of body, mind, and spirit into one integrated room, where the patterns that have been running you become visible enough to release. Sessions are not one-off resets. They are an arc of work, taken at a pace the body can actually hold.

For those who

  • are ready for deeper work than a course can offer
  • have done the inner work and still feel the same wave returning
  • want a witness for the integration, not a coach for the goals
  • can commit to an arc of sessions, not a single fix

If you are drawn to this work, write to me with a sentence or two about what is alive in you right now. We start there.

In Person

Speaking & Workshops

Bringing the work into rooms where it can land in a body.

I speak and teach at retreats, studios, conferences, and gatherings where the work of the body and the inner work are allowed to meet in the same room. Topics range from the receiving wound and somatic integration to teacher mentorship, embodied Pilates practice, and the long honest project of becoming whole.

For groups that

  • host retreats or in-person trainings and want a teacher who works from inside the room
  • run movement, somatic, or Pilates education and want a guest who can teach both technique and integration
  • gather for spiritual, recovery, or growth work and want a voice that is precise and warm in equal measure

Write to me with details about your group, your date window, and what you hope the room will leave with. We will see together if it is a fit.

“The work asks for presence, and presence cannot be scaled. So the door stays small on purpose.”
